  Report:  Revision to ITC By Laws
 

Proposal to Revise the By-laws of the Information Technology Committee

 

Old Language:

A quorum at any regular or special meeting will consist of more than 50% of voting members and represent at least two schools.

 

New Language:

There are 10 elected areas of the ITC (see Membership above).  A quorum is comprised of members from at least 5 different areas, representing at least two different schools.

 

The elected areas are: School of Business (3 members); School of Education and Professional Studies (3 members); School of Technology (2 members); Arts & Sciences Natural Sciences (2 members); A&S Social and Behavioral Sciences (2 members); A&S Humanities (2 members); A&S Fine Arts (2 members); A&S Math/Computer Science (2 members); Library (1 member); Administrative Faculty (2 members).
