HOMECOMING
WAS A HIT!

Amazing weather, great company and plenty of Blue Devil pride made Homecoming 2026 one to remember! The weekend was filled with special moments, including the Pavilion Party and ribbon-cutting celebration for the new Pavilion Brick Wall, a memorable 50th Reunion for the Class of 1976 and Saturday's Blue Devil Brunch. The Blue Zone for recent alumni welcomed more than 40 alums who stopped by for complimentary coffee and a chance to reconnect. And to top it all off, the Blue Devils brought home a football victory.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the weekend so special. There's nothing quite like coming home to Central!

Welcome to Central, Magda!
Please join us in welcoming Magda, the new Administrative Assistant for the CCSU Foundation in the Institutional Advancement Office! In her role, Magda provides administrative and fiscal support to help advance the Foundation's mission of supporting academics, research, and student success. Prior to joining Central, Magda served as an Administrative  Assistant for the New Britain Police Department. She is excited to bring her experience to CCSU and be part of a mission-driven institution where her work can make a meaningful difference.

Central Alumni Return to Campus to Support Students

Three CCSU alumni — Bernardo Lowe '23, Katie Plourde '24 and Krystal Heard-McMahon M'16 returned to campus on Oct. 2 to share their professional experience and career advice with current students during MathXperience. All three work at Travelers and helped lead an Interview Preparation Workshop for undergraduate and graduate students. We're grateful to these alumni for taking the time to give back to Central and help the next generation of Blue Devils prepare for their careers!
