Megan C. Torrey ’96, MS ’08
From the lecture halls of Central to the global stage, Megan has built a career defined by vision, strategy, and international impact. With both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in international studies from Central, Torrey has transformed academic insight into a powerful force for global engagement and community development. Since joining the World Affairs Council of Connecticut in 2003, Megan has risen through the ranks—from Program Director to Executive Director, and now Chief Executive Officer—leading the organization through a period of unprecedented growth and innovation. Are you a Central Basketball Fan? You are invited to the Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tip-Off Event on Friday, October 24th from 6:00–8:30 PM at the Fireside Dining Room at Tunxis Country Club.
Join men’s coach Pat Sellers ’91 and women’s coach Kristin Caruso for an evening of dinner, open bar, and Blue Devil spirit as they introduce their new rosters and share their outlook on the upcoming season.
This special night is a great way to connect with fellow supporters and build excitement for the year ahead.
