FIND YOUR CENTRAL CREW!
Remember the people you said you’d always stay in touch with?
Your roommate. Your teammates. The friends from your major. The people you met freshman year who somehow became your people. Maybe you still talk every week, or maybe it’s been years. Think of your Central friends you’d love to see again. Text them today! Make a plan to come back together to campus in October.

No matter how much time has passed, there’s something special about being back on campus with the people who were part of your Central story.
Find your crew. Come back to Central. Make some new memories together.

Robert Fontaine ’76
Five decades later, the friendships that began in Vance Hall remain one of Robert Fontaine’s favorite parts of his Central story.
As the Class of 1976 prepares to celebrate its 50th Reunion at Homecoming, Fontaine hopes his classmates will make the trip back to Central. “I hope my fellow classmates will attend Homecoming,” he says. “It provides an opportunity to reconnect and also an opportunity to see how the campus has grown and improved.”... Read More

1976 ➡️ 2026 50 years, one Central.

As we celebrate the first week of classes, these two photos capture students enjoying campus exactly 50 years apart. While the campus and maybe the hairstyles may have changed, the excitement of a new semester and the friendships made along the way remain part of the Central experience.
Here’s to another year of Blue Devil memories in the making!

Central Students in Italy
Central students return from Amalfi adventures.

For the third consecutive year, Central students spent three weeks in southern Italy, exploring UNESCO World Heritage sites and studying Italian language at the Accademia Italiana Salerno.

If you graduated between July 1, 2019, and June 30, 2023, we want to hear from you!
The success of our graduates is one of our greatest measures of impact. By completing our Alumni Survey, you provide valuable information that helps us improve programs, and student support. We appreciate your participation!
This Qualtrics survey takes only 5 minutes. You will find the link in an email from Kristen Gordon – Central Alumni Relations (the sender email is noreply@qemailserver.com). Check your Junk folder in case you missed it.  Thank you for your continued support of Central!

The Latin American, Latino and Caribbean Center is excited to present one of its signature events of the upcoming semester: Perspectivas: In Honor of Dr. Gilberto Cárdenas, an art exhibit running from September 3 through October 2. On display in the Chen Art Gallery in Maloney Hall (open Mondays 12-4pm and Tuesdays-Friday 11am-4pm), the exhibition is dedicated to honoring the passion and generosity of Dr. Cárdenas and Mrs. Dolores Garcia. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to view a rich collection of Latino art exploring divers political and cultural themes. The showcase will feature 17 prints from the Cárdenas-Garcia donation, including the standout 202 piece "Chosen Family," alongside five photographic prints donated by Roj Rodriguez. Additionally, the gallery will display a special loaned piece titled "Cómo se dice boricua en inglés?" courtesy Dr. Anthony De Jesus and Dr. Madeline Perez, making this an unmissable celebration of cultural heritage and artistic expression on campus.
